Returns
If you wish to return your purchase for whatever reason, you may do so, except for custom commissions (unless damaged or defective).
Items must be shipped back within 30 days of the customer originally receiving the item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Return shipping (except in the case where an item is received damaged or defective) is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be allowed in the case of replacing items that are defective or damaged. In this case, an identical replacement will be shipped to you at no additional charge. You may be asked to return the original item depending on the circumstances, at the seller’s discretion.
In a situation where the same product is not available, you may choose a different item of similar monetary value, or choose to receive a refund.
Exchanges do not apply to custom orders or commissions.

Shipping Information for Returns/Exchanges
To return your product, please email me at carol@clacreatives.com to receive instructions and a return shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Items that are not successfully received by the artist cannot be refunded.
